Life in the Slow Lane
Great thanks to the Surrey Police who decided that it would be far better to close 3 out of 4 Lanes of the Clock-wise M25 between J8/J9 on Wednesday morning, than keep the flow of traffic moving. Net delay 4.5 hours, still it did mean I didn't turn up for pointless meeting until lunchtime.
Even Greater decision is to prevent access to the A303 eastbound off the A350 at the moment...well done..Wiltshire and Somerset County Councils, especially for hiding the diversion and warning signs at the roundabout intersection with the A36. Still at least managed to listen to the whole of the Ronnie O'Sullivan Interview on Steve Wright show.
Fantastic smoke display as truck caught fire M25 anti-clock between J10/J9.....excellent distraction
