The sadness of Rover 75 drivers has often been observed by this blog, but this morning the sadness reached new depths. Spotted on the Kent/Surrey section of the M25 a Rover 75 rear number plate, correctly designed so as to fit the "Jaguar" style space on the tailgate.. BUT with a rectangular personalised plate STUCK on it... shame on you Mark.
